"Kohei Sakai (L) & Chikako Suzuki (R) make up the Acoustic Duo "Nude Voice".   They're one of the many artists who are also signed on the Sun & Fish record label and during our sessions in Tokyo, they stopped by for a visit.  They're both amazing musicians and I recommend that you catch them "Live" when you get the chance in either Tokyo or Okinawa.  They perform English-language cover songs mixed together with their own original tunes using new & inventive arrangements and beautiful vocal harmonies.  Their first album is titled "Slow Wave" and it has 11 great original tracks!!  Please visit the "Nude Voice" website for more information about this great Acoustic Duo!!" -- Carlos J. "It was really great to see how things work behind the console in a true, professional recording studio.  But hearing my voice on the playback was kind of a strange experience.  The equipment they used was so high-quality, that I could clearly hear every nuance of my phrasing like never before.  A little intimidating for me, but I think I was able to pull it off pretty well." -- Carlos J. "After every recorded 'take', we'd all go into the Master Studio and listen to the playback.  And after hearing what we did, we'd give ourselves a set of "High Five's" in celebration of another perfect 'take'.  I just couldn't believe how easy they made this all seem!  It takes me about 4 days to record just one basic song 'demo', yet these guys recorded 10 complete songs in the same amount of time!  And to think they never even heard my music until the day we all met on Day One!" -- Carlos J. 毎回、レコーディングの「録り」の後に、マスタースタジオに入ってプレイバックを聞きました。そして、録音を聞いた後に、自分たちで手を高くあげ、手のひらを打ち合う「ハイファイブ」をし、また１つの完璧な「録り」の祝福をしました。僕にとっては、彼らがいとも簡単にそれを成し遂げるのが信じられなかったです。僕自身は、１つの「デモソング」を録るのに４日程かかってしまうのに、その同じ時間で彼らは１０曲も、完璧に収録してしまうのです！そして、最初に皆で会った１日目に、初めて僕の音楽を聞いたにもかかわらずです！　--  カルロスJ.サルダ−ニャ

"The fun that we had while recording this CD is something that I can't even begin to explain in words.  You really had to be there in order to understand the brotherhood that was evident between all these gifted musicians.  And even though they each had AMAZING professional reputations in the Japanese music business, nobody had a bad attitude,... nobody was "stuck up",... and nobody thought they were superior to another player.  Instead, everybody was completely down to earth and completely open to my input & suggestions." -- Carlos J.
